Positive: Brilliant balcony room with a view of the Citadel. The hotel is perfectly located an easy 10 minutes from the station at the foot of the old bridge. The balcony was small but perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The room was spacious with a touch of luxe, and very comfortable. Alongside top quality amenities there is also individual art pieces in each room.
Negative: The staff were helpful but could have been a bit better informed on attraction opening hours and restaurant options. The roof bar wasn’t open, though you could use the space. There are no gym facilities, but there is a lovely running route and park gym facilities along the river if inclined.

Positive: Great location for the old town and the roof bar was great for photo-shots and local beers. Continental breakfast was excellent and there were plenty of good restaurants in the locality.

Positive: Nice room, very nice bar with view of cite, easy 10 min walk to town and near bus stop to lake
Negative: Room is tight, i smashed my knee on safe going to room door as its 1 foot in-front of door an opens out. Bed is high , fine for me , maybe older person / small not so good. I was on first floor by old bridge, great- but a gathering place for people and very busy so lots of echoing chat, noise etc gone midnight, but i can live with that.
Summary: Nice hotel, there is better value in staying in flats
